Looking for someone to talk to right now? Not a member? A Friend For Mom has Best Friends available 7 days a week from 10am-10pm EST. Inbound calls bill @ $1/minute, the first 3 minutes are free.

Membership Services
Phone Calls
All our members receive phone calls from either Best Friends or Friends depending on their membership. These phone calls will be focused on individual interests and listening to your stories.
Text Messaging
This service is available for our Weekly and Daily level members. Texting is an easy and convenient way to stay in touch, ask a quick question or let someone know you are thinking about them.
Monthly Survey
Each month we want to hear from our members directly about how A Friend For Mom is doing. We want to know if you are connecting with your new friends and if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience. Surveys also include fun current events, news and pop culture questions to help develop programming.
Facetime/Video Calls
This service is available for our Weekly and Daily level members. Facetime or Video Calls are a great way to create a more intimate environment than texting or calling. Having the ability to speak face-to-face with our members allows for a stronger connection and helps to create genuine personal relationships.
Every member will be able to keep in touch with A Friend For Mom via email. While we know some members may not use email, it is an easy way to share information and share updates outside of calls and text messages with the entire care-team. AFFM will email to share positive updates and stories with members.
Personalized Activity Calendar
This service is available for our Weekly and Daily members. Similar to the members Curated Network of Friends, the calendar includes birthdays, anniversaries, special events, events in your local geography and virtual events tailored to the member. We want to help members stay active and engaged more than just each contact point with AFFM.
